The difficult part about this, you must complete ALL Pull-ups before you move on to the Push-ups, and so on. Your forearms will be burnt out before the Push-ups! This is a benchmark, look it up for some times to beat!! Push-ups are HAND RELEASE, chest to ground every time, pick your hands up, and then do another.
