Strength Day

Push Press
5 Sets
5 Strict Press --> 5 Push Press (Same Weight No Rest b/w )
90s Rest b/w Sets

Pullups
5 Sets
5 Strict Pullups --> 5 Kip Pullups (Same Band or Bodyweight No Rest b/w )
90s Rest b/w Sets

This will train Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, and promote muscle growth! We always train Strength on Tuesdays to encourage all members to both do class AND the Avalanche Run!!! See you tomorrow!!!
