Holiday Health Challenge

We will be starting our holiday health challenge on Friday, November 29th, there will be $25 entrance fee. Top three scorers will receive prizes! First prize is cash, so the more people that take part in it, the bigger the pot will be! We will be holding sign ups at the gym, final entry date will be Saturday November 23rd; the entrance fee is due at sign up. We will be doing the challenge as well, let's all beat Matt!
The challenge will follow a point system, each day has a max of 14 points. 10 of the points will be awarded for healthy diet, 2 points for the WOD each day, 1 point for mobility work each day, and 1 more point for getting the proper amount of sleep. We will explain the specifications more in depth in person.
