With a temperature below 30 degrees we just didn't have the heart to make you guys run around outside, even though we think a cold temperature will help improve your time! So we'd like you to remember this day, we're not as cruel as you all would like to believe!
Yesterday was a really tough day, try to get to the box a little earlier on hop on a foam roller before we start!
