Every minute, on the minute, for ten minutes

7x squat jumps
7x burpees
7x push ups
 7x sit ups


 And then....



PUSH PRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


 The push presses will get us ready for round 2, the Avalanche Run! Come run with us before it gets too cold!
