Take ten minutes to find your one rep max clean and jerk. With the remaining 12 minutes, 4 sets of 10 clean and jerks at 60% of 1RM. Don't forget to put your PRs on the PR board!
10 minutes- Perform as many reps as possible. There will be one minute of rest after the Russian twists, no rest in between exercises. The clock will continue to run. We will do this sequence two times, try to beat your first round scores.
