On Saturday February 15th we will not be having our traditional team workout. Last month CrossFit Continuum lost one of their members, Kiana O'neil. They have put together a memorial WOD in her honor that we will do on the 15th. Please wear purple, memorial shirts will also be made. A few of us will be purchasing the shirt, the proceeds are going to the family. Please let us know if you would also like to purchase one.
